Mock interviews are a fantastic chance for pupils to experience what a real interview would be like. it offers the opportunity for students to learn how to answer difficult questions, develop interview strategies, improve their communication skills and reduce stress before an actual job interview.
Innes Mackintosh, Stakeholder and Communications Manager and Samantha Steven, Business Improvement Coordinator from CTLR Project team were invited along to St Johns Academy in Perth to take part in mock interviews for S4-S6 pupils organised and run by Developing the Young Workforce (DYW) Perthshire coordinator.
